传统艺术的艰难， 很多人看不见，他们静静的全神贯注地做，会让别人忽略他们 就算别人不明白 他们还是要继续

2. What do you expect from this project? Is it still the same? How do you cope with it?

The expectation remains because I hope this project will surprise me in many ways, and I eventually looking forward to see and realise how do our body movements can bring out what they already do for years

3. Out of the 5 traditional industry，which one speaks to you most? Why?

藤 重来没有尝试过编制 也和好奇他们怎样从一条藤发展成不同的造型 而且身体的movement如果从“编制”方面去创作也会很有趣

• before choreo, body archiving : 用身体去重演/archive这个动作

• 然后才做variation + choreo (所以不是表面上的）> remendment >doubling body affective（两个身体的影响） > surrogacy: deconstruct then reconstruct

TASK：第二分钟

把全部动作steps抓出来 -details (right hand or left fingers?)

+现在的社会生活

店面:

一样的建筑 一样的地点 可是招牌会翻新

工作人员男女老少都是很开心的在工作，为了喜欢而做

会有delivery ( convenience>fit the demand>more sales)

店内:

会以tausaopia为招牌，为主 可是还是会加其他不同其他的糕点 可是tausaopia的比例会是全部其他的50%

烤的方式用回以前的，来宣传我们跟其他店的不同，还有保持百年来的味道， 因为用碳、火还是电烤的东西味道都是不同的

手艺方面也会保持 因为我个人对"handmade" 比较用信心 而且会比较有价值 因为每个饼都是有温度的

可是该翻新的东西都会翻新，eg:旧的电箱 换去现代的，记账用电脑etc. 店内的layout保持
