‘守Shǒu’, a cotemporary dance performance by Leo, Matt, Nourelle and Chun Wai was a moving piece choregraphed by Jinn Lau.
‘守Shǒu’ transformed the memories and stories of old artisans into a personalised vocabulary of movements, which explored the changing roles of hands right from infancy to adulthood and how they weaved the stories of artisans into a thought-provoking choreography to reflect the reality and fate of the traditional handicraft artisans in Butterworth.
